Why are you racing through the video? When you were doing the triangle and circles I got lost. I even put the playback at 0.5 and it was too fast. I had to go down to 0.25.

Probably much easier to use a mirror modifier set to x and y. Then you only need to make 1/4 the thing. much faster

Id say that the best way to optimize assets for games is just remove some bevels, 2 segments bevels are more than enough for having a good bake from a high poly!

I think the video is fine, but its no tutorial. Zero Explanation, just the controls and the screen capture. Its harder to follow than reading a script. If you dont want to talk its fine, but mybe some comments via text could help.
