I'm wondering about two things here, 1)Can you listen to this for too long and have a bad results because of it? 2) And can you repeat this up to three times a day? I just tried listening to this for the first time with my headphones and volume on about 30%, I can't believe that my headache is gone(from a bad sleeping, not enough sleep for the past three days. still have a headache but im very surprised at how much better it already feels.... ive had this really bad headache since 1 PM yesterday and had it all night up until now, 6:21 PM... im five minutes into the video, its definetely still there, but I can literally feel it getting better already... I will update... 40 mins in- my headache is mostly gone... keep in mind that i am wearing headphones so that could be why i still have one, but it is feeling so much better Just finished, gonna relisten to it, world 110% recommend, headache is about 96% gone now, and only gets bad when I stand up to fast or something :) Thankyou RAIN relax channel!

Whoever is reading this may or may not believe me but i caught a cold. My head has been ectremely hurting all day. I did steam treatment which helped a bit but after listenting to this for about almost an hour, phlem started coming out of my nose clearing my throat.... this in turn made my headache 70 times less severe..... sound and vibration is god....there is a reason that sound has been avoided in mainstream.....

Omg I had the worst headache and I wanted to see if this worked and it really did! made it leave almost instantly
