dear you know,After the machine is installed, there will be a few hours of testing time. The dough used for testing will not be made into bread and sold to consumers.
Is that scale setting on the foor? No gloves on his hands. That red bucket shouldn't be setting on the floor. I can see flour on the scales...but it looks like there's rust on it too. Anything product goes into or on should not be in direct contact with the floor. Not good manufacturing practices. I will say the machines are spectacularly clean for all the flour dust there must be.
Yes, on the floor, because the machine is sent to the customer, the scale is from the machine shop, our dough is not for eating, it may be used to feed the fish, the edible bread will not be produced until the machine is sent to the customer's factory, and The machine is cleaned again after it is delivered to the customer's factory. The dough in our factory is only for testing and not for consumption, so our machinery factory does not have such high hygiene standards for scales.
