    This makes me want to cry. I've been dealing with this for over a year and I've been reporting the entire time. After all this time, I get told that they don't see it on the camera so its unfair for them to do anything about it. I'm still there and I don't think I can take it anymore. I'm looking to and/or relocate.

    In my last place of work I experienced a lot of bullying/mobbing which was effecting my mental state. Finally on one occasion a supervisor started shouting at me for no reason, I felt this crossed the red line for me so I shouted back. This happened again a couple of weeks later and I did the same. Let me tell you I felt sooooooo good about doing this, unfortunately I was later forced to resign for a minor incident. Since then I have found new employment working in a friendly environment. To everyone out there that is experiencing bullying/mobbing there are better jobs; maybe you wont earn as much money but you'll be a dam site happier.

    Why do you say you "looked amazing". You are absolutely gorgeous right now. Anyone would be more than happy to have a beautiful, intelligent wife like you, full of awesome observations. Your soul is like a treasure trove. But I have a question! How on earth could anyone ever bully you when you are like the Bruce Lee of verbal communications?????? You are like the Mike Tyson of words and wit and mental abilities - so I suspect that the error was in your perception. Your God gifted intellect makes you way more vulnerable than the average men. You recognise subtleties. How things should be. Where others see no rime or reason you see crime and treason, and rightly so. You are a valuable and beautiful mind and I wish God's blessing and leading on your life to be the beautiful star you are. But the question remains: How could anyone bully you when you are way more powerful than them?

    • @clairehuntonline

      Thank you so much for your kind words. I would never say I look "amazing." I was attractive. I'll be 50 in February. If you met me in person, you would probably find me average. I have been told intelligence - like beauty - is more of a curse than a blessing. You are quite adept with words yourself. I think I may be a bit of an armchair warrior. This channel is the only way I can have my voice. In person everyone has a habit of silencing me. And, every time I have ever responded to bullying in any way at all whatsoever, I have been annihilated. So I keep silent, and I think that's why people target me: they know I won't "fight back." In my defense: I can't.

      Well, you cannot beat a pig at their own game, rolling in the mud that is. And there's certain power to stupidity, like an ungraceful mindless ostrich without a trace of grace but the kick of an ace. By the way, I myself will turn 50 in August, and we're quite the twin souls in that neither could I ever defeat stupid nor do I try it anymore. Eagles don't fight pigs, they fly over pigsties as much as possible. That is why I am a single truck driver living alone in Hungary, Europe. Been learning English for quite a few years as a hobby. But I must insist on the facts: You are indeed beautiful ❤️, a nice and noble face, intelligent eyes and a sparkling intellect💫, an excellent handiwork of the Heavenly Father. No wonder all this muck, craziness and darkness in the world clogs up your soul but lose not sight of the promise: The meek shall inherit the earth. And looking at this world and the prophecies, I believe the fullfilment is not afar thereof. What do you think?

    6:37 In answer to your question I am a man and yes, women are extraordinarily abusive. 95% of the trauma aggregated in my life is from trusting and integrating with women. Narcissism, gaslighting, usury, constant criticism, guilting, shaming, passive aggression, secrecy, lying, betrayals… this is why men have given up on women. The pretty ones are the worst because they always have other options, other simps who have not learned the lesson that women are mental torture. They love fights and justify every coercive, vindictive manipulation in the same manner that a muslim justifies jihad. I’m really glad you’ve been so clear in pointing out how slippery, tricky, venal and hateful women often are. This is why we stay away from you.

    Claire. I know someone who started working for a dentist. The dentist set her up for a cleaning and exam appointment. Then the dentist and hygienist teamed up to reshape her gold crown without her request or consent. It was perfect and they damaged it a lot and maybe plan to get money for the slivers they removed. They think she's too stupid to know or they want to hurt her feelings. They know it's her word against theirs. They destroyed her property or damaged it and stole from her at the same time by damaging her crown. Now they expect her to be the company mascot and recruit more people for dental service even though they pay her less than Walmarts wage. She can't believe it.

    This episode focuses mainly on Blake Lively, but you dropped many gems describing the general attributes of workplace bullying like it is so subtle that it's intended to be noticeable only to you so others won't see it to support you instead, they assume you are exaggerating if you speak up. Another common case is them lifting everyone up, but leaving you out, especially if you have more merit than others on average, so the insult is even more effective. This one is likely to happen if you are involuntarily overshadowing other people with your abilities. I can't say I experienced the issues mentioned above in the workspace. Still, I experience them in some voluntary focus group scenarios, and I want to say that this thing is very real, and it sucks harder than you can think. I have to employ strategies and tactics just to navigate this sh**, and it might be a bigger project than the work itself.

    • @clairehuntonline
      @clairehuntonline 5 дней назад

      Thank you for pointing out that particular type of "withholding" that I have neglected to mention in videos. Everyone in the workplace does withhold praise (attention, recognition, validation, approval, etc.) from the natural "star" of the workplace - while lavishly laying it on thick for those who shine less. I haven't spoken about that because it never bothered me. I don't need external validation because I am internally resourced according to my own internal barometer. But it is part of the double standard / hypocrisy of workplace bullying that a lot of us, unfortunately, have to tolerate.

    “I think your just playing the victim” “They are jealous, just ignore them” Are a few I’ve heard recently… People act like jealous people are not a big deal and brush it off like no big deal but when you are a victim of jealousy its very dark and multifaceted. Not something that can just be ignored they will make sure of that with their passive aggressive attacks constantly.

    I should probably stop myself and wait until the video is over to comment but you are amazing and saying everything I've been thinking but could not find confirmation for!!!! From closeted/unawakened lesbians to jealous gay men, you're speaking cold hard truth!! Finally.

  • @laurxnliu
    @laurxnliu 11 дней назад

    OMG. I'm not even done with the video, just begun, and FINALLY! SOMEONE! mentions the sexual attraction aspect!!!! I literally get gut feelings with certain women that they are jealous of me but their jealousy is actually a manifestation of their repressed sexuality. It's been confirmed to me in those rare moments when I get on their "good" side and they start eyeing me in a certain way, even glancing at my breasts or trying not to (unalike moments when we are mindlessly scanning someone's body in a conversation). When I was younger, I never noticed this tension before but as an adult, I'm witnessing repressed same-sex attraction as way more prevalent than the public lets on. In fact, I don't think people even talk about it, it's just swept under the rug and everyone pretends it doesn't exist; that is, same-sex attraction occurring within heterosexually-identified women.

    • @clairehuntonline
      @clairehuntonline 5 дней назад

      Yes, jealousy combined with unrequited lust is about as disgusting as it gets. It comes from both genders. It's like, "I want to have sex with you, AND I am jealous of you at the same time." How is that even possible?! I personally believe that there are way more closeted people than many realize, and that human beings have always been a lot more fluid than contemporary social restrictions allow. People have historically been LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and everything in between. If more people - both men and women - allowed themselves to fully explore and embrace their sexuality without shame, there would be a lot less violence, abuse, and bullying in the world.

    OMG THAT WAS RIVETING! Sadly, these are facts of life that are mostly ignored. I've heard the cliches about how everything comes easy to beautiful people, and everyone is shocked if they're intelligent or talented. And you're absolutely right: if you're attractive or beautiful, you're not allowed to be smart, or talented on a musical instrument, or speak a foreign language, or drive a pricey car--that just confirms all the assumptions about how everything is handed to you, and you never have to work for anything. Jealousy and envy are without question at the core of the mistreatment of attractive people. I first learned this from Robert Greene's book The 48 Laws of Power and read more shocking examples in his follow-up book, The Laws of Human Nature. I'm sorry to hear you had to live a lifetime of appalling abuse based on false assumptions made by dumb, envious people who are obsessed with comparisons. As a man who has always been deemed attractive and part of the "cool kid" group, I believe that people do despise others that make them feel less attractive or valuable. But that's all in THEIR head. I've never intended to make anyone feel less worthy because of their appearance. I have fat friends, pretty friends, rich and poor friends, and some who are not-so-attractive. I've always been like that, but I have noticed curt rudeness from strangers. Apparently seeing me triggers some deep insecurity that must be assuaged with impoliteness and abuse. Whatever. The good thing is, I work for myself, so I don't have to deal with all that BS, but I have empathy for anyone who must. That needs to be corrected.

    • @clairehuntonline
      @clairehuntonline 12 дней назад

      Thank you for your empathy. You're not the first viewer to mention Greene. I'll have to check out those books. I've spent my entire life as nothing more than a body for sick people to project onto. I love how I have to be held responsible for other people's insecurities about themselves (and held to a double standard) everywhere I go. It's exhausting.

    • @terrychris466
      @terrychris466 12 дней назад

      @@clairehuntonline, I think you might find Greene's work interesting. The first chapter of The 48 Laws of Power is called, "Never Outshine the Master." He discusses the dangers of being too competent and triggering the boss's insecurities. It's fascinating. I always thought doing a great job was what the boss wanted, but there are limits. Shine too bright and you might get fired. An insecure boss will feel threatened by your superior performance and start bullying or find a way to reassign or fire you. And it's a double whammy if you're both attractive and highly competent. Whoa...look out. I hope your RUclips channel gets millions of followers. Good luck.

    I don't know how but the lady that does these videos Claire Hunt is amazing, she is spot on,. How?? She is very good. I m glad she gets it, better than professional HR people who are useless.

    I wonder if she has at least had the intelligence to get a PR team? If she has, It looks like they are either incompetent or she just isn't listening to them. It's hard to tell with Lively how much is narcissism and how much is lack of intelligence. She's so oblivious to how the people around her are reacting to her, or at the very least, she just handles it by playing the victim. She needs some serious therapy aimed at learning how not to alienate and anger the people around her.

      You're the second viewer to attribute Blake Lively's behavior to a lack of intelligence. Intelligence has nothing to do with it, and I have spoken on that in multiple videos. She is not "stupid." She's triggered because she has baggage. I don't think she's "oblivious," either. Her smile at the end indicates she understood fully well her impact on Flaa. She wanted to hurt her, and she did. I don't think she cares about alienating people that she looks down on. She probably already has a publicist, and that publicist is clearly telling her to lay low and keep quiet because the scandal will blow over soon. It's the Kardashian approach to P.R.: there's no such thing as bad publicity.

      @@clairehuntonline I get that, but she is so tone deaf she presents as a real airhead. To be that willing to do damage to herself. Narcissism to that degree is an ugly affliction. How quick she was to try to do Justin extreme damage with those ridiculous accusations. Most people get exactly what is going on, that doesn't mean our mouths aren't hanging open as we watch it.

    It's crazy. I'm 42 and still have a baby face and am barely 5'4." I've never been directly called immature by the bullies, but I would always be treated like a child and talked down to (literally sometimes), even when I was in a higher position than them. They also hated how happy I was. I would say happiness is a choice, it doesn't mean someone's had a perfect life. Oh they hated that!

      I haven't been directly called immature, either, but plenty of people have implied it, including people younger than I am. Yes, never underestimate these people's literal-mindedness. If your suffering doesn't show on your face, they assume you've never suffered a day in your life, which of course means you really need some suffering because more suffering in the world is, apparently, a good thing. I love the logic.

    Holy shit! I love the way you described the experience of a pretty person. It's mostly very negative and lonely. I have to switch jobs very often to avoid the apex of bullying because I know if i stay too long something fucked up will happen.

    All this sounds just like my emotionally abusive husband after 10 years..he started acting just like this and it only got worse until I left. I guess abusers use the same tactics on various people.
