I think the creator should add an ultra instinct skill because ultra instinct isn't a form it's a technique/ability so that means it would be fitting for it to be a skill and the way it would work is when you activate it your opponent can't damage you because you'll either just dodge every attack and your strength and speed would increase by a lot but there's a twist since ultra instinct is being to rely on your instincts so every time you attack your opponent with melee attacks then your stamina will go down even faster (by the way the ability would drain down your stamina slowly and as soon as your stamina is finished you're instantly lose the form) but if you let your opponent hit you instead then the stamina would slightly regenerate and you can dodge and attack without doing anything if your opponent attacks you and if you stand still you'll just dodge attacks but if you crouch your dodge your opponent's attacks and teleport behind them and hit them multiple times and also you're gain a sick ultra instinct aura and you can change the colour of the aura,what colour your Iris get to be and your hair colour By the way skill will cost way more than the other skills and it would at least cost 850$ but there's a twist there's a MUI (non completed) and a MUI (completed) and the difference is the non completed one will damage you once the timer runs out like what happened to Goku in the tournament of power after losing his mastered ultra instinct and the completed one will not have that disability and also it would be stronger
