Route 10 was always full back then

Great video and the weather was kind too A couple of years ago, I was at Whitley Bay seafront and noticed something was going on, or at least was about to. After a few questions I found out it was bus rally. I quickly took out my phone and filmed some of the buses as they arrived. I even managed to take an open top bus ride to Tynemouth on an old 1966 Leyland bus. My video proved quite popular, but sadly the Whitley Bay Bus Rally never took place again. 2022 was the final one.

There is now just one Omnidekka remaining (6939). However, that is due to be withdrawn soon, leaving no Omnidekkas in the fleet.

Apparently, this is being extended to Bewbush (to replace this section of Route 1 which will only run from Crawley to the Broadfield Barton North bus stop, with the other section to Pease Pottage then being served by a slightly extended Route 20), and will also run every 20 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays, and every 40 minutes on Sundays. The extension to Bewbush also applies to Route 603. Route 693 is unchanged as far as I know, apart from possible minor timing changes. Also Routes 606 and 642 are apparently being withdrawn.
