However, many people, including those from our own nation, struggle to find time to understand and apply its teachings due to the fast-paced modern lifestyle, societal perceptions of religion, and the perceived conflict between Science and Spirituality.
At KnowGita, we are a group of monks from ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) dedicated to practicing and spreading the profound message of the Bhagavad Gita and Sanatana Dharma. We firmly believe that a deep understanding of the Gita can not only help individuals overcome their challenges but also foster unity in the society and contribute to making the world a better place.
