VC is optional, you don't need to speak. You just need to be in the call with others who ARE speaking

We offer both public sessions as well as a whitelisted community. Majority of this update is for the whitelisted community.

We limit our private server to PC only to ensure the roleplay is efficient. Mobile players have a hard time when it comes to utilizing Discord along with playing, etc

Realistically, what's the update? Did they update their liveries? Did they change their uniforms? Did they change their rules or something because you cant have an update to a game you dont develop
They own a private server. When you add new content to a private server, its an update. They added and reworked a bunch of new liveries, refreshed whitelisted departments and more. It's an update. No where does the word "update" mean having to develop a game
Why is it PC only?
Because going on Roblox and discord is difficult on mobile and using PC is a best experience
