Thanks for the feedback! You can actually fire a custom shape into the skype. In order to do that, create a shell with Stars, then click the Stars and switch the distribution to "Custom". By clicking the black square, you can then edit the shape.

There is no way to trim music inside FWsim. The best solution is using the free software Audacity to edit your music. We will make a tutorial video on how to use Audacity to edit your music. It will be published here over the next weeks - hit Subscribe to get notified when it comes out.

In Creative Edition, you can do the same thing with the visualization! The only thing you can't do is the data export. In FWsim Basic Edition, you are more limited because you can't put positions on arbitrary height in the air (you can only snap them to 3D models). So in Basic Edition, you would need to find a 3D model of a platform in the air, and then put your shots on that.

Hi @P1rozz! We've added smoke and sound improvements already to our internal wishlist. Both features are important for the community and we know that. Unfortunately both are linked with high costs and time required. We want to make sure that the sound recordings are of the best quality. In order to realize this, many partners are involved who have a tight schedule. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame for the improvements. However, we are considering these two aspects in the strategic planning for the software, but we can also say that it is not yet planned in the operational framework. We hope for your understanding and thank you for your feedback :)

Hey! Which Version of FWsim do you use? It‘s the Silver #2 Component splitted in it‘s different tails. This Component should be available in all Versions of FWsim.

These effects are included with FWsim Pro. If you have an FWsim Pro subscription and the latest update, they will load automatically.

This is an undocumented functionality. First, copy the desired thumbnail to the clipboard. It must be quadratic. In FWsim Pro, open the fireworks database, select a row, and then press CTRL+V to insert the thumbnail into the effect.

Hi, at the moment FWsim does not support spotlights. If you are a fireworks professional and use actual spotlights in your shows, please get in touch with us. We'd love to hear which devices you are using, so we can possibly add spotlight support in a future update.

Thanks! These are Tail Presets which are already available in the Effect Editor. You can use all of them for your own effects :) To do this, add some stars to the explosion. Than use the dropdown menu at the top of the adjustment section and add your favorite preset to the stars. 💯
