My favourite was the 4th one, great price, an extra bathroom and nice layout

Although i loved the kitchen of the last house, i prefer modern styles, i loved the 4th house overall, it felt bigger, brighter and more spacious plus it was cheaper, had great views and outside space

My favourite was the 2nd house with so much charm and character. However i will make a few changes. I don't need a bar so i will remove that and add an Island to the kitchen to make it bigger and more open plan, then the second living room will be an office space/4th bedroom, then thw toilet will be turned will be made into a wet room and the barbecue area will be nicely updated with a jacuzzi or hottub

Nothing could beat the 1st property in my opinion. Bug, bright, airy, spacious, high-end finishings, turn-key, great layout, great price, I can go on and on, even the decor and furniture are to my taste

The unfinished house was my favourite as well. I loved the privacy it offered plus it was the most spacious out of the homes they saw and it can be customised to their taste

Property 4 was my favourite as well. The balcony and potential in the kitchen sold it for me

The modern small house they discounted was my favourite. I would go for quality over size anyday

The last property was my favourite. Lovely outdoor area, nice pool, mordern finishings, 4 bedrooms, turnkey

Personally I preferred the 4th property. I loved the seperation of the annexxe as well as the kitchen, double garage and garden.

The last house was the best out of the lot. It felt more spacious.

They talk about house #1 having the best view. What's to prevent developers from building multi-unit buildings that will block any view?

My favourite was the 1st house. I think it was the only one that had 2 full bathrooms if i am not mistaken plus it was the cheapest living room for updates

I think the last property was so much better than #1. There was outside space, close to amenities and the beach and so much space. The only thing going for the first property was the view. Mom needs to think of herself and her daughter needs to think of mom, instead of herself. Thanks for the upload.

Such a deserving couple, straightforward, are on the same level. A sheer delight. I wish them years of happiness in their holiday home.
