I coach a team here in Melbourne Australia and what I do is no dribble drill 5-5 or 4-4 full court. I find at the start players dont move much but it gets better.I run this to 5 baskets or 3 m losing team does push ups depending on how much they lost by.

I just wanted to know where do I go when somebody is shooting a freethrow

I’m BIG on communication. One of the first things I tell players AND parents is that”communication eliminates confusion.” Thanks for the confirmation that the emails, newsletter and group chats are steps in the right direction. I also send our players daily motivational quotes and post them on our social media platforms. Love the idea of the Bulldog games. May try to incorporate that in the future.
