Launch sound of the straight piped 3.6 TDV8 Range Rover L322, removing the rear silencer has really given the car a subtle V8 rumble, it sounds great!

Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE Headlight Issue FIXED!
Enjoying these videos 🍻 I’ve had my 4.4Tdv8 for 6 months now…. Love it! Going to do the exhaust pipe swap as well… I went to re map my EGR out but previous owner had already blanked and mapped it out luckily Oh and Looks like your brake fluid needs changing by the way , looks a tad brown!
@shanenewport3575 it certainly did need changing, luckily a leaking brake pipe meant it's now been flushed
Music is a pain 😢good video tho
Proper RR
Music ruins the video !!!
@@alvingutowski2485 I know, I've toned it down on the others 😊
❤_❤
Have you checked behind the sill cover for rust?
@ethankiernan9588 yes, there's a bit there, but nothing too serious
@ ah handy, mine is pretty bad and the jacking point all corroded!
That’s RAD !
What size tyres are they pal ?
33 x 12.50
@@enginerelish thanks mate do you no what offset the wheel is ?
@@mattthornton8739 they are 15 x 10, offset is -32
@@enginerelish thanks mate they sit really well 😎😎👍🏻
You have just saved your turbo's
Hi where did you these pipes from I’m looking can’t find a supplier
These are from Dreadnought Automotive, but there website is currently being redone
How much was the pipes
@@robertduffield1445 £275 www.dreadnoughtautomotive.co.uk/products/range-rover-l322-straight-through-rear-exhaust-pipes
I don’t like the turbo whistle at idle
It's not that noticeable, but the gopro seems to pick it up
Mcgregor, is that you?
Cool! Thank you! What about other part of exhaust system? Its stock?
@dmitriyk6465 It's all stock, just the back box removed as this is the only silencer in the system. Replaced with Dreadnought Automotive silencer delete. The only thing left in the system now is the diesel cats. I hope this helps! 😁
Staged rehearsed
Nice job! Been looking at doing this to mine for a while, could you notice any droning at 50/60/70mph??
@@supercarscotsman4939 it's actually quiet inside the cabin, I find myself dropping the windows to hear it more!
Hi great simple video, where did you get this from please and a cost.
Thanks, it's from Dreadnought Automotive, although I think their website is currently being redone! It was £250
Ну и что?
Did the pilots eat their carrots?
Incredible aircraft
Looks cramped to me for a 50
It has great space, and well thought out accommodation for a 50 👍
Why the stupid music?
So sind sie halt 😉 das macht doch auch Spaß 😊👍
Spoilt by the loud song not everyone likes it
@@thecolliman7674 noted
I agree...
Unwatchable because music levels too high
Does the ECU need to be re-mapped?
I've done this to 4 TDV8's now, none have needed to be remapped
@@enginerelishive blanked mine and it is sluggish and black smoke on acceleration but runs fine on idle i was wondering would it need to be remapped out
@bullseye7403 black smoke indicates too much fuel, is the air filter clean? Has it been mapped already?
@@bullseye7403 could be a dodgy injector
@@enginerelish turned out to be a boost leak new piped sorted it. Seems to be running well now and it's not remapped. But I noticed an oil leak it must be rocker cover gasket 🙈
well done - keeping older cars running
@@ryalwyngarner3258 thanks
How about performance and economy numbers post install?
@@PatHaskell I normally see a 2-3 mpg improvement in my previous TDV8's. I don't have figures for performance, but it feels stronger through the rev range

Can an EGR delete be done to the 4.4L TDV8 ?
You can blank them, although i'm not sure of the exact procedure
สวยมาก กระชับขนาดหน้าใช้มาก❤❤🎉
Painting the grill but no painting the grill!!
Would you like to see the paint being applied? I have a spare grill
Beautiful boat
It sure is!
I’m sure I deliberately kerb my RR alloys just so as I can spend a happy hour or so sanding, painting and polishing. Not even sure why I fitted rimblades to protect them. I enjoyed this video. Thank you for taking your viewers on your RR journey
Thanks!
Love this guy! So knowledgeable about range rovers and who doesn't fancy a flat cap!
Thanks!
Refreshingly incompetent. Like I'd be...
Great boat 👍
Thanks for the video. Any plans of a sea trail?
I love that bike! Is that a 2020? How do you like it? My other question is, does the exhaust make you super hot while riding and idling in town? Will it burn your leg? Sounds amazing! Super nice bike and I'm considering getting one.
Did you leave the dbkillers inside the exhaust or did those go out as well ? I did put them out but I feel like it shoots too much 😀
Be interested to see how that rack performs. In the specs I think it said it is only suitable for 2.5kg load which would render it almost pointless. Because of that I got the Unit Garage one but it's a bit too big IMO so might get your one and sell it.
I’m going to gamble that it’s lawyers speak and run my heavy top box on it. We will see what happens
@@CCitis It's not like there are thousands of people complaining their rack broke. 2.5kg's is ridiculous. Covering their arse like you said I reckon.
Preferisco il sound di quello originale. Triumph non delude
Good to see you still have the Scrambler..do you have many miles on it..? Cheers Steve
Nice boat. Nice walk thru👍
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Thanks for the effort and humour in posting this, I got a set recently on the back of it and Life of a Scrambler reviews. The new ones come with baffles to help with backpressure now the cat has been moved back to the mufflers so for those crying about noise this is lessened. And they are freakin awesome. I wrapped the baffles in fiberglass wrap to take the edge off a bit more as I commute and leave at 6.30am and love my neighbours, which a certain small pene Harley owner obviously doesn't as he opens his up all through town just before me. In their native state these are nowhere near as loud thankyou Londonstevelee below know what you're talking about before you talk about it. Anyway, the reason for commenting is, as well as to say thanks, that having read comments from others and a bit of trial and error myself it turns out they are quite easy to install. There's a captive nut in the middle of the pipes so pop that off first. Then smear a bit of liquid soap on the insert end and with a bit of wood against the captive nut bar just tap them in. Took about 30 seconds once the rest was set up.
I found that a bit of liquid soap as a lube slipons literally slip on, I got the Zard system whichn is brilliant !
Do you find you burn yourself on the exhaust the way it is?
No, not at all
Will this not burn the pillions right leg?
No, leg is forward of the exhaust with feet on pegs.
I can confirm this
Hi Jean-Pierre from France Applause for your great video. I would like the same one for my scrambler TRIUMPH 1200 XC. Where did you bought it ? Thanks JP
Thanks JP, this was from Total Triumph in the UK
Love the layout of this boat...I could see myself living full time on this
would a passenger burn there leg with that exaust?
Have the pipes become significantly hotter with the lack of rear heat shield?
Haven't noticed?
