I’m not going to a church full of people that would revel in the beauty of heaven while gays thrash about in a lake of fire puking from the smell of brimstone. What all knowing merciful god would be a sadistic homophobe?

Either you follow the word of God or you don’t. He says very clearly, that homosexually is an abomination. It’s in more than one place in the Bible. Romans 1:26-27 covers this. It’s not loving to lie to people and tell them something is ok when it’s not. I came from the gay lifestyle and was with women exclusively for many years so I know exactly what it’s like to be lgbt. However, when I gave my life over to Christ I could no longer go on living that way as I knew it was in direct conflict with what the Lord Jesus Christ commands in His word. It’s very clear. We are not to hate anyone for how they live but we are to be honest with them. I was blind but now I see fully.

It is important for people to live holy. The way to help people live holy is NOT to say “It’s super important to live holy, so please please do it.” Instead it’s to talk about who God is, what He does and has done, our freedom, and His grace and forgiveness and redemption. (Because born again believers already WANT to live holy; we just can’t on our own power.)

Sprinkle is goofy. He creates these imaginary people and then gives them each special backstories that he made up. Meanwhile his backstories aid in selling an idea to his congregation. Like how he inserted the idea that having same sex desires is not sin. Now it wasn’t Sprinkle who claimed this but rather his imaginary friend, so, take it with a grain of salt I guess? So if a man looks on a woman with lust he has committed adultery in his heart, but if a man looks on a man with lust it’s really ok so long as he keeps it in his pants.

Sorry Bud but you are wrong. I will tell you how you know. In the way it was meant to be heard, if you are unsure of how to know whether or not you are one of the elect then you are not I’m afraid. When you are the elect. You know. Something takes place in the mind a very real change upon the Holy Spirit coming to be in you. Which is not meant to be heard as the “Holy Spirit” it’s true meaning is “a Spirit that is whole “ I know this because the change in mind includes almost an auto interpretation. The Bible is written in a way that says one thing to everyone other person that reads it, but upon being reborn in Spirit, (which most of the world is not and they can’t know until they are and then it is evident. ) the Bible reveals its true words hidden in the scriptures. Even Jesus is symbolic for multiple concepts depending where you read about him. In revelations he is symbolic of the rays and radiation the sun produces. He also in different books of the Bible, he represents the act of “ forgiving oneself and excepting the parts of your mind you have previously denied, this is how the” Spirit that is whole “ comes to be in you, oh and. ” Spirit “ doesn’t mean what everyone Thinks. Spirit is intended to convey the concept of “the mind”. So there is if “the flesh” and “of the mind” one must be born again in his mind and thoughts
