Absolutely gorgeous house. The kitchen is nice with a good equipment package. Although a bit small. I love a champagne wall to accent the dining room. The master with its walking-in closet is lovely. A nice sizeable one for you and your friends to have a couple of dressers (what my friends and call our cocktails while deciding our evening). And you know the pool will be refresh-ah-ning lovely to cool you off after a night on the town and before bed.

Bit of a tip though - stay in frame when you’re giving tours (or try to, you did a pretty good job of it in this one) Staying in frame during walkthrough videos adds a personal touch, builds trust, and helps viewers understand the property's size and layout better. Also, longer videos would be appreciated

I live in Kentucky on 509 acres with a 50 acre lake. We farm we fish we hunt we have BBQs and bonfires we have our own elepower supply our own water supply and our own gas supply. You can keep your LA bullshit as my place is worth o much more
Hi there! I'm from Tennessee and all of my family lives in rural GA, so I can definitely see the appeal of that way of life- I miss it sometimes! But, Southern California has a lot to offer as well. It is certainly expensive, but nearly 10 million people still choose to live here. So, to each their own 🙂
