@@peterprestley thats really good 😊 I want to upgrade from ozone edge to vortex.. the vortex has huge wind range. What is your opinion for this kite :)

I’ve only taken it out twice, but I love it! I was riding mostly surf kites for the last few years (strapless) so it’s nice to get back on a big air kite. I used to ride Core XRs and it has then same kind of lofty feel when jumping. I also like the lighter 3-strut platform. @@peterprestley Hi Peter! I was in Panglao last year from September til October with my girlfriend who is from Cavite. I was hoping to see you in Doljo beach because we stayed for 6 days at Modala Beach Resort. The weather was so nice the whole time we were there , not enough wind to surfkite so that must be the reason that I didn't see you kitesurfing in Doljo beach. I also went to Bamboo a few times but we went there early so I didn't see your band play at Bamboo. We really had a good time in Bohol. We stayed in Panglao for more than a month. We did the parasailing at Alona beach We are planning to go back there hopefully later this year. Thanks Peter.

Hi Rene. In September the wind is on the other side of Panglao so we mostly kite around Virgin Island area. October is sort of the end of habagat season wind but Amihan hasn’t started yet. We’ll be at Doljo usually starting in November through the end of March. Hope to catch you next time you visit Bohol!

Hey Matt! Yeah, you can definitely wing foil at the spot but still a bit shallow at the shore during low tides. It drops off at some point though…

Thanks! Actually, I bought the W17 and it's spent the last few months getting fixed up and re-painted. I sailed it twice without much idea of what I was doing and it went fairly well. To make things simpler, I only used the main though. I'll post more videos once its back in the water and we're learning how to really to sail it....

@@peterprestley Ok thank you so much Peter. Yeah I also saw you play in a blues band there in Panglao. I have a band here too but we are still in a long hiatus since the pandemic we play rock n' roll classic. I was in Panglao for 2 months last year and I really enjoyed my holiday there. Did kayaking, paddle board SUP, ATV and before the pandemic i did parasailing and jet ski but they don't offer that anymore even kitesurfing i saw them at Dumaluan beach way back 2018. Thanks again Peter I'm really looking forward to see you kitesurfing in person so I can show my friends here that you have that sport there in Bohol. Thank you.
