From personal experiences and the thousands of incidents posted all over news. I no longer believe there is such thing as a good leo. There are 3 kinds of leos 1. The criminal with a badge 2. The rest of the department that knows but chooses to do and say nothing 3. Good cops, now x cops. Who took the oath and moral integrity seriously and left when they realized. We the people are not the enemy. Your oath is to protect the constitution and the rights of the people. Nationwide its the same story, departments filled with narcissist peotected by narcissist with power protecting themselves and refusing to take responsibility and show transparency. Only 2% of criminal cops are charged and only .02% ever serve time. Is justice blind, or color just blind to blue?

In all seriousness this award ceremony is with heartfelt appreciation when two and more agencies work together to get help for a Trooper down. I’m so touched and honored to be apart of a Law Enforcement Family and I’m so proud of the help the Metro Police Helicopter landed to pick up Trooper Mays. God Bless all Peace Keepers .
We need more Troopers on the Highways . We have lost Troopers because other agencies pay more to their Law Enforcement Officers. The NHP Troopers need to be on the same pay scale as other Law Enforcement Agencies. Being a Trooper is a very dangerous Job and they deserve to be paid for their service to the community and the State of Nevada .
