You should have soaked them a couple days ahead of doing the job and a ma gas tourch also broke loose and seized rust and when fail the faithful grinder and replace bolt new but if old bolt comes out apply anti-seize before intalling old bolt im sure you know but reader who may never done this type of job

At 14.24 I see that the rear box section is made up from two folded channels. It will start to corrode in the overlap area. Why can't the jokers who make these replacement cross members please pay attention to the detailing? My rear cross member is corroding in this area and I am going to cut out and replace the overlap. The rest is all good.

Don't know if you sorted the oil, but I had the same on Vito and it was fuel dilution of the oil. Not long after the piston rings went maybe coincidence, but may be worth getting your oil tested.

good old black rock sands, been there plenty over the years growing up, the air museum at dinas dinelle is a cracking little place, my daughter loved it there too.. once you leave the beach there and head up the lane to the main road, turn right, up the road there is a camp site called cae clyd we always stop there when up that way, lovely site, showers etc, straight back on the beach... cracking vid mate!
