I'm thinking about getting one of these printers. Can you tell me do the prints come out thick and plastic feeling on the shirts? Or are they soft?
@@stephaniekimaiyo8035 hello! The thickness and feel, depend on the consumables (ink and film brand) as well. You can also use less white on the back to make it a more softer feel. It feels similar to vinyl but you can make it softer by using another shirt on top for the 2nd press. Also you can edit the design to have more spaces vs a big thick design. The more the space, the softer it will feel. However, it requires maintenance every day.

@@phame_art hi! I am unable to email it, but on my most newest video, I added a Skype ID number for the Procolored representative/technician and they can add it to your computer. You are amazing, you motivated me to remove that top part of the pump to clean it because my drain hose seems cloged despite all the exercises with the syringe (alcohol, warm water etc) I have an issue, after I removed the top part (kept the spring with a thread ;) ) I was trying to aspirate and push air from the tiny hoses the one on the right came off from the connection which I did not notice where was exactly. That means most likely that either the connection is blocked at the pump level or there is a diaphragm tha prevents fluid movement in either direction which I doubt. that's why there is a hose. My question is do you know where the end of the hose in the right goes?
Sorry I didn’t get a notification for this comment! Hopefully you have resolved it by now. I haven’t had a reason to fully open up my printer on that side since I haven’t replaced my capping station since I bought the printer. The 2 tubes both attach to the capping station and meet into 1 tube which is the waste ink tube in the back. You can google L1800 capping station and you’ll see the image of the 2 tubes.
I can't do it! Someone please help me. When I select the initialize option, nothing happens. Immediately the unresponsive ad appears.
@lilianacarrillo5211 sometimes you have to try it multiple times (like keep pressing initialize until it tells you to turn off your printer) or turn off printer and keep trying 🥲
I habe two flashing lights and cannot reset my waste ink pad 😭
@@ravenscarberry9971 try to contact them through the Skype! On your Skype app, contact Kyra (customer support) and she will add you to a group chat with techs. They will add the resetter to your laptop. You can also text them any time on there when you have issues and they will try to help resolve it. @@kelliejones1168 the big spring just lays on there. But the spring has a certain shape on top so just make sure it’s aligned with the bottom of the capping station. If not, just keep turning it until it lays flat.
I followed these steps and the resetter program is nowhere to be found. My antivirus was already off. Now I'll be waiting for someone to contact me because their 24 hrs service is non existent
@@kingboss2611 there are 2 folders in the white usb. One has the resetter and the other one doesn’t. The resetter that works should have a “globe” symbol. If you have the Skype app, contact Kyra from Procolored with the Skype ID below. I just finished texting them regarding an issue and it was quickly resolved. live:.cid.3697c7c21a3919c0
I also have the same case, the reset “globe” symbol is not there. :( Customer service is really bad

Hello mine seems to be stuck . I was able to remove the spring but it seems stuck . Am I missing something
@@90chikiya Hi! There are these little edges (two on the top and one on bottom middle) that are holding it under. So after removing the little spring, you can gently push the capping station down and push lightly left/right until those lift from under. Be careful not to break the edges.
Great video. I just have one question. My printer has a sponge in the capping station, did you remove that and replace it?
@@TimHocutt thank you! Yes, I removed it so the ink can flow better. It’s a hard sponge so sometimes it’s can be difficult to remove. I used a xacto knife and some tweezers.

@@benjisilverback4926 sorry, I haven’t changed my pump yet. You can join some DTF facebook support groups and they show how to change the pump.

I didn't know ink could build up there. I just checked mine and there's ALOT! Thanks,now i have to clean mine
That thread method on the spring saved me!!!! almost dropped my spring but i followed that thread trick and I didn't lose it ! haha
