4 months. Dots everywhere. People tripping. People falling. One heat stroke. Itchy uniform. Training to get the steps to match the music. All worth it to hear the crowd cheer and in unison say "wow" let me tell you marching band was my #1 favorite part of highschool. I just wish i could have continued to be in it.

Im really glad they started having the military state competition. There's really no fair way to compare this to a drum corps style show.

Texas is the best at everything. I should know I was in Pearlands band last year and I sadly didn’t make it to a marching spot however it was so intense regardless.
