Adalo Tutorial - Skip to Next Song
Adalo allows you to play music in your app with the Audio Player component. However, there's no option to skip between songs. In this tutorial, I'll show you a workaround that makes it possible

Is there a way for users to be able to download the song? Or be able to listen to the songs when they're not connected to the internet?
Very good but I want to ask if we can paginate database records too? That is, if you want to show the history of a specific customer
Thanks for the tutorial, but this was very hard to follow considering the mouse is not showing and an important side of the screen is cropped. Also adding some chapters to the video would be a great help
Does the user need to press play for every song, or can it automatically play the next song in the list?
That’s what I’m trying to figure out? Did you get it??
Same doubt
Hi thank you it will help me a lot ! Little question, it is possible to automatically change song after it finished like using the Countdown timer and it will work in Background ? Thank you
Hi! It's great video, but I want to ask you. Why don't you make video?
Hey, thank you! What do you mean exactly by making a video? Are you referring to a video player instead of the audio player?
So would you have to put EVERY single song or is there a way to integrate an api that pulls from a platform?
Great video. Annoyingly difficult when it should be standard, but truly appreciate your work. Any thoughts on a "continuous play" feature?
YOOOOO!!! THIS WAS A HUGE HELP! THANK YOU!
Hello Sebastian, I have done it 2 times and the same result, the button to skip song on the right does not appear and the only one that is seen is the one on the left and when you press it, it loads the same song that is already there. Any solution?
The same issue, skip buttons does not function, and for me the left button apprar only for a few songs, the same thing for the right button.
Thanks for tutorial, but when clicking to one song, audio player is not showing and working, how can we fix it?
Thanks, but in the Native platforms the Audio Player won't stop playing when changing screens. Any idea on how to fix it?
That is definitely a limitation of the audio player component. Users need to press pause manually if they want to stop the playback. Adalo needs to improve the component on their end, I haven't identified a workaround for that
That was very helpful, can u do the same video for music videos
Thanks. That's a good idea, I'll put it on my to do list
This is a great tutorial. Does Google drive url work for mp3 files?
Thanks, Sydney and great question. I've learnt the hard way that Google Drive URLs don't work. I ended up hosting my songs on an AWS instance which is free for a certain amount of traffic
nice thx
So cool
