Hi Bob, It Worked, the umbrella fabric ! I replaced all the corners, glued new nice paper, and used black textile tape. I finished this afternoon. Stille a bit of airloss, but I want to replace the joints, and then it'll be alright. I'm happy, and a wee bit proud.

Hi Bob, I'm now busy taking the concertina apart. I can see the tissue "open" was coated before wth some kind of thin rubberstuff, but is has disappeared. It turned in to black powder and vanished complete. I'll keep you informed. What did you do with yours?

Hi Bob, I thought about "our" problem and I will try to change this "open" fabric by fabric of an umbrella, which is really "air-closed" I shall let you know the results in a couple of weeks. I'llstart with taking the tape of of the bellow edges, I ordered new 3cm-wide textilescotch to replace the old ones as soon as I have glued on the corner-umbrella-tissu. Never did this before,, but I did some repairs on bellows and.....we'll see.

I have the same, with the same problem; the corners are made of airleaking fabric, how can this be possible. Made in Germany? Dont know what to do.

I just spent way too much money on one of these yesterday and it currently does not work (I'm keeping it in box so I'm not gonna change it's batteries) but I got curious of his voice lines and I'm- what? 😂 I get if they couldn't get Vin Diesel back to do it but like this is hilarious to me. TAKE CLIPS FROM THE MOVIE EVEN! I think they probably just like forgot to put robotic effects on it or something and now we're blessed with this magnificent creature

The stitch finger is not in the correct place. It should sit it the square cut out of the rotary hook to keep the inner portion from spinning.
