Octavia 1.8T with china GT2871 turbo
Stock AGU engine, decaped AGU injectors, FMIC, MAF from BAM, stock exhaust, E85. Cheap china GT2871 turbo (maxpeedingrods), quite crappy, terible spool, only ~1.5bar boost (can't push more).

- 3 gear - like ~1.5 Bar, it was cold. Boost control on AGU is based on load (MAF), so pressure depends on current temperature

Amber LEDs in original tail lights on mustang. In EU (at least some countries) it is not allowed to have original americal tail light indicators. There is also turned on fog light (same as brake light) to compare intenisity of indicators. Mustang s oranzovyma LED blinkrama. LED jsou kuchnute a zene se pres ne cca 1,1A ~ 8W.

brotha hello, i have same engine 1.4 t-jet 120hp, and i have a problem with acceleration... its feel's like i have 50% of pedal, and when i put to floor it its lose some of power.. and idk how to find the solution here... Im with lpg and everything is fine, the car is serviced and the problem is here again. WE setting up the car on lpg like that: reset the adaptations and the mechanic go to setting up the car on lpg, in first thousend km's its been like a BEAST, but after that... its feel sluggish. How i can fix this shit. Please some advice.

How did you install the BAM and MAF sensor without changing the connector? And if necessary, which one and how
Of course you have to change connector. Also Me7.5 MAF needs 5V power supply which you have to get somewhere. And at last, you need to resample ME7.5 MLHFM curve because M383 has ~5.5 V analog input for maf instead of 5V input on ME7.5. If i have to do it again, i would just get bigger housing for original MAF :)

You could also use MK3 golf vr6 maf and take it's curve and put it in M3.8.3

Hey, can i ask you what component did you bought? I was looking for a pretty similar build but i'm not sure about keeping stock ecu and where to find a downpipe
Hi, first i did bought chineese manifold, injectors, flanges, etc... turned out, all was crap. Don't bother. After this i bought TIG welder, learned howto weld, learned fusion, design manifold and build it :) Downpipe was easiest part of welding things.... Stock ECU is fine if you do not need realtime tuning. Just get wideband gauge (AEM).

@@sebastianmiticky2491 Ty decaped vstriky jsou cunarna a spise se tomu vyhnout, zhorsi to volnobeh. Na e85 je to ok, na N95 uz ten prutok je moc velky a jsou tam problemy v oblasti kolem otervirani vstrikovacu (opusteni fuel cut-off obcas skubne). Tohle byl low cost build, tak jsem to neresil a AGU vstriky odbrousit jdou :). Na AGU se to blbe ladi, protoze nejsou ME7 tooly a neni sirokopasmova lambda. Radeji koupit jine s odpovidajicim prutokem, nestoji tolik (akorat tyhle dlouhe maj vetsinou US konektory). Casem planuju upgrade na origo GTX turbo aby to spoolovalo niz a idealne jeste prifouknout. Ladil jsem to DIY, AGU je hodne jednoducha ECU a staci umet zaklady, na jedom audi foru je to pekne popsane :)

@@sebastianmiticky2491 To auto uz nejakym tuningem proslo (historie je dost v mlze, podle stavu valcu ten motor asi zezral turbo :) ), mel jsem to rozhozene a byla tam jednohmota myslim 228mm, sachs nebo valeo, zadne zavodni veci. Mam za to ze to je ten klasicky konverzni kit na jednohmotu, u FWD se spojkou problemy asi nebudou, driv si hrabne naprava - viz jedno starsi videjko tu na kanalu s K04 kde to foukalo ~1.8 bar a pak to jen pali gumy. Paradoxne tohle lemroidni turbo s mizernym spoolem brani neustalemu hrabani :) Osobne bych spojku resil az se spali, ted je to stahovani kalhot pred brodem...

historii vubec neznam, dotazene z germanie a pak prosla tuningem v cechach. Jsem to koupil s turbem po smrti a pozdeji kdyz jsem daval dolu hlavu (sla do nove oktavky misto hlavy s malyma kanalama) motor zjevne v minulosti sned turbo podle toho jak vypadala hlava :) Nesmrtelny stroj... Turbo tam je cina, nejaky hybrid.

Zdravím, Rád bych se Vás zeptal na pár otázek ohledně chipu t-jetu. Chtěl bych si nechat udělat chip na mém Grande puntu t-jet 88kW, ale potíž je v tom, že si myslím, že si s tím nikdo v ČR neví rady, jelikož jsem již zkusil 3 různé společnosti a vždy to dopadlo tak, že tam bylo stále stejně kW. Nevím, jak je to možné, jelikož dle diagnostiky zvedli tlak turba na 1.2 baru, tak bych řekl, že by tam mělo být více koní. Pak jsem si někde přečetl, že tato auta mohou mít jakýsi torque limiter, který by mohl výkon snížit, ale nevím, jestli tomu tak je. Poté jsem si všiml, že jste napsal moc pěkný článek o tom, jak si udělat doma chip, proto se na Vás obracím. Ovšem nevím, kde jste našel již udělané mapy na abartha 114kW a na abarth ss 130kW. Poradil byste mi, kde je mám najít? Chtěl bych podobně jako Vy nainstalovat VL36 a chip. Děkuji moc za případnou odpověď.
Ahoj, oni jsou tam dva limitery, mam to nastavene na 1.5 baru a nerekl bych ze to tam s VL turbama narazi na jiny limiter - je citit ze vic neda turbo. Muzu te dat moje upravene mapy / vs origo a tam je videt co je zmenene. Pokud bys nejakym zazrakem mel stejne cislo ECU, stacilo by to tam jen nahrat ;) Na zaklady doporucuji nastudovat wiki nefmoto - zvedne se pozadnovany torq req od pedalu plynu a limitery tlaku turba, to je v zakladu vse... tady videa na youtube pro predstavu co z toho jde vydolovat, odhadem tak 120-130kw podle paliva. Pokud budes menit turbo, mozna zapremyslet na tim garetem z abarta / multiairu, z ameriky (ebay) by to mohlo jit sehnat za slusnou cenu

is this is AFR on small digital display? if yes that means is very very lean
it is voltage :) AFR gauge is hidden in ashtray and it is fine, like 12-13 (E85)

Hello, I have a 2009 Grande Punto Abarth T-Jet 155 hp converted to LPG (AEB calculator, KME Gold reducer). On LPG, the engine has no problem, but when starting cold on petrol, the engine is not running smooth. I have changed nearly everything (coils, sensorS, fuel pump, fuel injectorS ...) but I am always having P1171 error code with my diagnostic tool ( = Long Term Fuel Trim over the limit) and indeed, it seems that the car is running too rich on petrol on startup (and it really smells petrol inside !) Have you ever had problem like that ?
hi, this is typical symptom of wrong LPG setup, your LPG supply wrong amount of gas and this causes ECU to adjust fueling -> long fuel trim will adapt to LPG and then ECU inject wrong amount of gasoline during starting. You need to understand that ECU always controls engine even when LPG is used. Just change LPG service / shop to someone who knows what has to be done.

Ahoj, vacky jsou origo 88kw. Na to jak malo to bylo potunene to jezdilo super... ted tam je LPG a to uz neni ono plus me prdla hlava. Tak tam ted zapasim s hlavou z atmosfery, ale ta je trochu jina a neni to ono.

to je uz minulost, pred dvema rokama vyhodili z STK i servis kvuly ten svetlum... tak jsou tam raxiom taillights ktere maji ciry segment kam jsem dal obyc oranzovou zarovku

No driv to prochazelo, ale ted jak se bojuje s piratama to radsi vyrazil :( prej se jim nelibilo, ze to je cervene kdyz to nesviti a foti se to. Ethanol contains significantly less energy (2/3) then gasoline. It is not possible to save fuel with e85, fuel consumption will be always higher, about 30% up.
help me understand your car is using o saving 25% more fuel ????
Hi, none, i have now 50k km on E85, 105k km total. Power seems to be same. This summer i also passed emission test (with gasoline in car). Tjet runs on E85 like hell :) You maybe have to change injectors, i think mines are on limit and bravo can get > 200 hp with E85. More than punto, because there is different exhaust. If injectors can't supply enough fuel, you can fry catalyst convertor.
Hi! Any problems with 100%E85 till now? I plan to make put E85 chip to my 08 bravo 1.4 T-Jet.
Car has 160hp before E85 upgrade - meassured on dyno. With E85 intake pressure rises from 160kpa (gasoline) to 185kpa (E85) at 6000 revs. So i gues it has now about 185-190hp. There is conversion kit in car, so i can use both e85/gasoline. But engine feels much more better with ethanol.
How much HP does your gp has after the mods ? Im planning too do the same to my gp.
i didn't known that comments were disabled for this video... :) Car still running on E85 very well, but now i'm also using conversion kit. With normal petrol it has 160hp, car was on dyno during chip. There is my second video, you can check it for acceleration with E85. My guess is >180hp with E85. Great fuel in great engine from Fiat.
