Hello po Bini Josie. Natuwa po ako kasi maganda yung feedback ng mga tikimers mo sa crispy pata. I agree winner po tlga ang crispy pata natin. Im glad nagustuhan ni Becca at lalo na si Ti, knowing that she's a picky eater. Natawa ako sa reaction ni Lady D....napasabi sya ng bad words dhil sa sarap 😂. Ang cute nya. Masarap po tlga mga recipes ni Chef RV. Try nyo rin lutuin yung Pinoy-style Paella at Nanay's Lengua ni Chef RV. Iba na po sya sa original na Spanish recipe kc adjusted na sya based sa local ingredients at panlasa nating Pinoy. Actually ganun din naman po yung ibang dishes natin na may Spanish influences like mechado at menudo. Sinubukan ko rin po yung baby back ribs ni Chef RV at ang sarap po. Highly recommended po sya especially during special occasion. Isa po yun sa mga handa nmin last Christmas. I hope masubukan nyo rin po. Natakam po ako nung pinanood ko itong episode na to. One of my faves! Simot sarap to the bones talaga ang crispy pata. Naglaway ako. Mas lalo pang mapadami ang kain kung nagkamay. YUM YUM! May takip ba yung sa balat? Kung tinakpan, lalambot siya kaagad. Dapat open air siya lagi para matagal ang crunchiness.

CRISPY PATA ALSO KNOWN AS PORK ROAST CRACKLING HERE IN AUSTRALIA. I LOVED THAT WITH APPLE SAUCE. But FILOS like their soy sauce vinegar and chopped onion a lot. But for Aussies & American Apple sauce is the best.
