There’s one person in my life who is a forever person, never can please even when said person drops hints…is then unhappy. 🙄 So I decided on a gift certificate, but maybe that will change now…😁 But I must comment for safety, that the pot holders need to be made with wool because other fibers will either melt, possibly on the user (synthetic fibers), or run the risk of catching fire and lifting up and away, with cotton. I speak from experience from working with fibers, spinning and weaving for several years. Anyway thanks for the great video! 💕

Why waste your time resources ect I don't buy or make anything for those who don't appreciate it or like it I'm an adult as are all of my family adults I stopped buying and making over ten years ago for any occasions I knitt for my self I sew for myself unless you're paying me to make or repair something and my diamond crystal arts is apart from card I do solely for me and those I know would appreciate them

If people don’t appreciate a handmade gift, I give them a crochet kit. It allows me to spend my time on gifts for others, and the person receiving the kit could potentially appreciate the craft more.

I dont waste my crafting efforts, time or money for those who are not crochet worthy.

Great ideas. I keep a little stack of items that I’ve made but don’t like the finished product or in the end doesn’t suit me. I give those to the people who don’t meet my make-worthy threshold. Have a great thanksgiving with your family 🍗

I particularly like the first minute or so of this video!!! BUT if we have to make, these are GREAT suggestions! My MIL has made many scrap yarn baskets for gifts and we LOVE them! She made me a large one that stays in the trunk of my car to hold groceries/purchases. She made each of my kids a smaller one (maybe 12” in diameter) that they use for their toys or when we take road trips. They’re so useful and really pretty! Highly recommend for gifts!

Hi Sarah! Thank you for sharing these fun gift ideas :) I'll have to do some research on the magic circle tool. My sister had mentioned a tool like that. I tend to do the double looped MR because nothing is worse than your project unraveling from the center after gifting! I think that is every crocheter's nightmare, right? Those earrings are absolutely adorable!
