Our MD1 interviews with customers shopping the Oregon City Store
The manager asked her to sign a piece of paper and give it to the boss. She could’ve just taken it to the customer service manager and came back to the deli.
Ho hum
I’d do what I can do quicker first like you can’t find a pen then take his order then do what you need to do
Good job deli clerk that's how you do it. Don't have to take his crap

Because your average customer is an idiot.
Not her fault, understaffed, thankfully for her it wasn’t busy, I am a deli clerk, I know what the employee and customer is going through
its such a mood.... especially the not finding a pen thing
Yeah she’s about to get fired
