The Black Canyon of the Gunnison River in western Colorado is stunning. The canyon is so narrow that some areas rarely see sunlight and appear "black" in shadow. This video does not even capture how BIG the caverns are. The guidebook says the entire White House would fit in a corner of a room in the cave. It's easy to imagine a dragon flying out of the mysterious black cave passageways. During the summer, the park holds a program each night to watch 40,000 bats fly out of the cavern entrance. What an amazing place! Enjoy!

Interesting choice of music for your video and scenery. I love the desert and am currently working on an original song that I wrote which is subtitled Ghost Dance, because it’s a tribute to our native peoples.
It was Roosevelt who first pioneered the idea of these National Parks. He often spent time there to fix his head. Beautiful video and extremely well produced!
