Synhelion – A tour of plant DAWN
In this video, we take you on a tour of our first industrial-scale solar fuel plant, called DAWN. With this plant, Synhelion demonstrates the entire Sun-to-Liquid process on an industrial scale. DAWN is located in Jülich, Germany, and will produce several thousand liters of solar fuel per year. The fuels produced will be used to demonstrate possible use cases in various transportation sectors. The plant was inaugurated in June 2024 and is operational.
RISE, Synhelion’s first commercial production plant will be located in Spain and is scheduled to produce solar fuels from 2027. This facility will have a production capacity of 1’000 tons of solar fuel per year.
