Eh, Plane Crazy is bit complicated. It seems like the original silent version could be public domain now (but don't quote me on that) while the sound version won't be until January 1, 2025.
The original silent version was "lost." I'm sure it was conveniently misplaced just so Disney could prolong their copyright a little longer.
