Awesome video. Thanks for the upload
Lovely! Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Fun fact theirs an actual key inside, just slide button
Yours is the best video that explains each step and the correlation between the buttons on the steering wheel and the screen. Why they make something as simple as a time change so complicated is beyond me, though!
Very helpful. Thank you.
Show how to change from miles to kilometres please.
Whats the XT???
@@raymndstannski3947 Turbo
Thank you!!
Thanks like it
what are the button to the left of the resume/set toggle on 2016 outback?
Thank you, you are a good man.
You are a God send! I swear I was so frustrated with the stupid manual and trying to figure it out that I wanted to throw the entire away!❤😂😂😂😂
The rear one doesn't go ON, to have it continuously wiping
How can I view the tire pressure? I feel like i’ve pulled it up in the past but i cannot figure it out.
When I worked at subaru all they had was “low tire” lights. Thinks may have changed since I left in 2020 model years
Thanks!
Does it work for subaru ascent
I left subaru the year after the ascent came out. Not sure. I’ll be there in the next week or so, if I get an answer I’ll reply
FINALLLLLLLLY !!!!! Thank you! Only took me 6yrs to figure out this video existed lol
Dude. This is incredible. Thanks you saved my bacon.
Thank you sir, very helpful!
I finally was able to set tue clock but today it was several hours off again. Fucking subaru sucks a fat peen.
What a convoluted UI. Fucking piece of shit legacy OEMs…
Hi bro I need help please
Great brass section!
Can you change the light color
Not when I was at subaru from 2012-2020
I’ve had FIVE Subarus, I wouldn’t buy another if they gave me 50% off with 0% financing for 30 years. If you can’t make a clock easier to set than that, you’re doing it just to be mean. My dealer couldn’t even figure it out. 😡 And to add insult to injury, I just had to replace a left rear wheel bearing on my 2018 Crosstrek at 65,000 miles. Over $900.00 parts and labor at Richard Lucas Subaru Woodbridge NJ. Inexpensive to maintain my 🐴. By By Subaru!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for this video. I put in a new battery and this mileage part disappeared. I tried everything but couldn't find out how to get it back on. I love this feature!
We didn't learn anything buddy
Thank you very much! Very helpful and saved me time and money!
Answer is yes. (need to move/replace the fans a little). Question is, why not?
Very useful 😊😊
Question the shifter. Does it light up at night I can’t figure out how. It isn’t lit at night. Mine is a 2017 Mitsubishi mirage
I’ve been out of the business for a few years, but I’m fairly certain it doesn’t. There’s probably a readout on the dash you can use
I have a 2016 Impreza sport limited. It all looks the same as what you're showing. Except when I go up or down it only goes from the digital speedometer to nothing. Is it because it is the Impreza or where the other options disabled somehow?
I drive a 2913 Legacy limited and the buttons are useless. They do nothing, bu they’re there. My guess is they ruled out the functionality over many model, gears and models. I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with your Impreza.
Does it work on 2017 outback premium
Thanks for the question. I’ve been out of the business since 2020 but as I recall the buttons would work the same. There may be slightly different options
Hi Ed, I have a 2016 Outback. Can I turn off auto answer. I don't answer robbo calls. TYIA, Toddb
Hi Mike. Thanks for the question. It’s been a few years since I left the subaru world, but as I recall the unit was not that smart in 2016. Let me do a little research and I’ll try to comment further here soon
My Subaru legacy BSD sensors don’t seem to work. I turn them on and the light blinks on the mirror but my dashboard light is still on and said deactivated anyone know what I can do or what may be causing it???
Misa, I haven’t been with subaru for awhile, but I know there have been a lot of electrical issues with touchscreens, locking, and the like. Many repairs here in California caused by rodents munching on the soy-based wire insulation. $10,000 at the dealer for a WRX and 3 times $2,000 or more for an Ascent. Both cars in my family. So any of those could be a culprit. Good luck!
Thanks for the info, but If a jet flys over - you redo the recording.
What an excellent influence for a 956 UNT music major, Uly De leon, say no more, what a summer trip.
Thank you so much, I was about to eat the manual book since I couldn’t figure it out after many hours of trying 😵💫!
Cheers most things are simple when you know how ! Works on the Asx ! Many thanks
Hey do you know what i need to do if after replacing battery it still says low battery? I know this post is old but it just happened to me and idk what to do
If you have more than one fob does it say that for either of them? Ruling out a possible different issue with one fob.
@Ed Monson yes it does. I have 2 fobs the other one was bought a year ago and hasnt been touched since then. The fob that i use daily had a battery low and i put it away and used the unused one but it still says low battery. I even drove 50km away from the first fob just to get it waaay out of range but nothing changed. Otherwise the fob is working normally and can lock/unlock doors a good distance away while the first one not as far.
@@Jay-ih5se well in my experience once the first battery is replaced they never last as long or work from as far away. Don’t know why. If I find an answer for low fob battery I’ll post it here. Got out of the car biz 3 years ago
Thank you so much!!!
Thanks a lot for the help I honestly didn't even know you had to change it or how
Thanks...better than Subaru's manual.
That was the motivation. Thank you
Please tell me if you know does this car has carplay? I have been really struggling
I’m pretty sure that car didn’t have CarPlay. Says the video is six years old. Although it’s possible but it doesn’t look like it to me. I’ve been out of the Subaru game for a few years. Shoot me any questions. I’ll see if I can answer them, or get them answered for you.
@@edmonson8493 do you know if there is any way to use maps on it?
@@doseofdopamine2031 if you’re screen looks like the 2016 on in the video, CarPlay is not and option.
Thanks for the video!
Take this video down
Thanks man. Nice and simple
You cleared up a lot of questions I had. I was gonna wait til tax season to get a new car
