@@rossklein8228 We’re very happy with this coach. The Sprinter diesel was a must have for me. It’s very easy to drive and has a lot of safety features. The camper section has been good. Like most campers you’ll have to fix and tighten things occasionally. We also have a small list of repairs for our service department visit in August. But nothing major at all. The 12 volt refrigerator is awesome, air conditioner works great, the Firefly touch screen system is awesome too. It’s Bluetooth so I can operate everything electronically from my IPhone

I will have to double check along the side of the bed to see where the plug ins are located at. I know they give a little shelf on each side of the bed but I need to look again where the plugs are. Reflection is not a full time unit yet like the Solitude & Momentum units are. Grand Design has not put Reflection on that list yet. If you like from living the 380FLS from Solitude is a good layout to look at. Thank you for the feedback!

With new floor plans they are doing with single axis I’m sure they are getting a ton of feedback on each unit right now. This is the first floor plans that are out in the single axle line. We will find out if they will change anything in the next couple of months. Thank you so much for the feedback!

They do have a forum page that you can go on and I know they have people from the office check on that for feedback. It should be mygrandrv.com. I hope that helps you to provide feedback!

It’s a very hit or miss feature! All depends on where they can put them with the space they have inside the unit.

Yes there are speakers in the ceiling inside the unit. They have different zones that can control weather you want music in the unit or outside the unit.

They are always changing tank sizes on each unit. Thank you for the clarification!

I hope that we are going to see more layouts with a desk space. Which they are coming out just we don’t have anyone we deal with that has those floor plans yet. Hopefully we will se some soon!

@@tomschaeffers - I’ve seen a few older units with a 2’ deep pull out shelf with HD drawer guides that can handle a little weight installed under the TV, but for some reason they phased those out. I guess there wasn’t that much of a demand for a desk a decade back. And to be specific I am talking about the entertainment center/TV/stereo/faux fireplace in a slide or outside of a slide. The depth allows for a simple shelf that would serve as an additional table or desk. One 5w, I forget the model, had a pull out table with the front legs that served as supports instead of a drawer/shelf desk I described.

Cargo Carry is 2,238 pounds. Gross is 16,800 pounds and unloaded is 14,562 pounds.

Yeah in this unit the bedroom is inside the unit and there isn’t a bedroom slide. So the bedroom space is limited with the toy hauler part being below. Thank you for the feedback!

That will be on the driver side of the unit in one of the storage areas. I will have to double check to make sure. I will get back to you on that!

It is in the back just forward of the rear bumper in the middle, on the 30C, at least it is on my 2023 30C.

It’s a pretty tight area there but that is why they have the desk area in the living space so that makes up for it a little bit!

These new RV’s come with a lot that’s for sure!

So there whole new color is called River Rock. Reflection just changed to these colors as well so they went lighter than previous years. Everyone has been different on if they like it or not. The verdict is still out there on that! Thank you for the feedback!

All good! No need to apologize for giving your feedback on something! I know there are other companies out there that switched to a lighter tone and it makes people not even want to enter that unit. So an interior color matters a lot in an RV.

It all depends on how you store your unit when your not using it or if you put it away for the season. If it’s during the season you can keep everything on and rolling.

Two reasons, if garaged or covered (what he said about storage) you would have a trickle charger as the panels would be covered. Also, if you have lithium batteries, they can be damaged by charging them in cold temperatures so you WANT them disconnected. 😎

@Tom Schaeffer's RV Super Store know what your going to say before you do the walk around. Hit the important stuff early ( weight, capacities etc ) Then get to the interior. You guys aren't the only ones that drag it out. Try putting some humor in.
