Well, what can you say...he's simply a genius. That beat, coupled with his amazing voice, then that exquisite high voice, is perfection. And of course he always has deep and artistic videos. I'm glad that you saw the lyrics. "Jealous of me" because of too "much celebrity". But they weren't the ones enduring his hardships. "From the past 10 years, the countless tears I have shed". GD (and all of Bigbang) often went hungry, cleaned the practice rooms, slept in cramped conditions, practiced half the night, etc etc. GD has talked about this. Daesung just recently on a programme talked about how they practised til 2am, then went to sleep. He also said they hardly ever left the building, and sometimes one of their seniors asked permission to take them out. GD was often in tears from being berated by Yang Hyun-suk (the founder of YG) who said he did it to toughen him up and prepare him for the realities of the industry. GD has said that he's thankful for it, but it still doesn't take away what he suffered. GD is reported to be having a comeback in the last half of this year. Then again, he told us that last year 😅

He has done a lot of work with Bigbang etc. You should really watch Taeyang on Dynamic Duo. He sings Eyes, Nose, Lips with a fan. It's impressive. First mash up I've ever seen 😅 The second one was extremely well made. As you said, it must take a long time to make it. Not a mash up, but a similar type of thing is Old Movie Stars Dance To Up Town Funk. The way all the dance moves perfectly match the beat of the song is incredible. Yes, this song was very nice. I prefer it to their debut song Wish. I'm not that deeply into the NCT dynamics so the number of units doesn't really worry me. I thought Wish was supposed to be the last one though (?) Another new group that debuted a few days ago is Nowadays. Their song OoWee is really good.

The true essence of NCT is their expansion and addition of the new members. Its always has been since the beginning or since 7th sense. Tbh, if the fans dislike and disagree NCT Wish, they shouldnt be called nctzen anymore because to reject a new unit is like rejecting nct as a whole because its their original concept and identity. Im confused how some of them still wanted to stan from a while ago despite knowing there are gonna be expansion.

The chorus is catchy and addictive. The lyrics are sad and very emotional. I think you can also equally relate them to someone who's died. And that you're meeting them again in a dream, just for a brief elusive moment. It's his first solo album. He was working on it for over a year. He said "when you hear my solo music, you're going to feel very comforted". He wrote and composed the album. Now you have to see the other title track - Groovin. I'm sure you'll love that one too.
