I used a crank puller! Except at 7:00 when I smacked the spindle a bit to push it back the other way

Bikes look clean, too clean. Pegs got no grind marks, same with pedals and cranks and tire sidewalls. Nice paperwieghts

After a stage 3 mast cell tumour removal and 8 rounds of chemotherapy later. Big man’s 2 ultrasound has come up clear. Go big man, you the man my man!🤎

He’s a good boy. We had 13 dogs at one stage & not one of them would have a Barr of teeth cleaning even with chicken flavoured paste! Good teeth are so important to a dogs overall health😊
