    Don't use whey protein to replace food, only use it before or after a workout where your muscle can Utilise it.. Its bad for your kidney if you use it as a meal replacement.

    With these 3 things, you can 100% fulfill all desires and achieve any goals 💫 Should be exactly in this sequence: 1. INNER STATE When you are on low energy state, your life is built up mostly on “I HAVE TO” instead of “I WANT TO” - it is impossible to do anything inspirational, anything that will drive your souls to fully express. Fill yourself with energy first, and only then take action. 2. MINDSET Mindset and the way of thinking - is just like muschle that shapes under workout , also can be shaped under Mental Work.     WHAT REALLY SHOCKED ME & SHAKED MY MIND last year when we visited Bali - was traffic on the road & the culture of driving. Why it SHACKED ME ⁉️ I could not imagine myself to be a part of it … I was not ready mentally (at that moment “EVER”) to be able to join this road as an active driver either on car or motorbike. It seems like a crazy idea to ever sit on the motorbike - every time I tried to imagine myself duping it my body started to shake. MAYBE BECAUSE : ⭕️I got into serious car accident when I was 12 and even had amnesia ⭕️When I tried to learn how to ride a bicycle at the age of 10 I hit the lazy and never got back to the idea on how to ride it since I turned 23 Not to mention here they have ❌no road signs ❌no speed regulators ❌no rules at all ❌motorbikes are literally taking over & passing cars from left & right Let’s name it “INTUITIVE” DRIVING 😅 It took me almost a year to accept the idea of independent drinking here on Bali & today it was the 1st day ever when joined the road 🤍face your fears to see the process

If you're experiencing more than that, here are some possible reasons why: 1. Lack of protein: Hair is made up of 80% protein, so a lack of protein can cause dull, lifeless, and falling hair. Make sure you're not only getting protein from your diet but also absorbing it properly. Check your total protein and albumin levels. 2. Iron deficiency: Without enough iron, your hair follicles can't get the nutrients they need to stay healthy. This can cause hair to become brittle, unruly, and fall out.     If you're going to use so little flour to make fritters then you need to fry them in more oil in order for them to become crispy. Another alternative is to spray down a baking pan that fits in your air-fryer and air-fry them instead. If you want them to hold together even better and crisp more, then you can mix a tablespoon of oil in with a couple of tablespoons of corn or potato starch and mix that into the shredded vegetables before air frying. The starch and oil on the outside of the fritter will crisp nicely while the starch on the inside sets and keeps everything bound together and fluffy. Just remember: fat is still an important part of your diet and is necessary for healthy skin, hair, and gut. Just choose a healthy oil and don't go crazy with it and everything will work out nicely.
