It is interesting that Mappa did all three Garo animes and started with the first one in 2014 when studio was around three years old and somewhat obscure. Fast forward to today, Mappa becomes one of the most beloved new anime studios since Ufortable with the release of Kakegurai, Jujustu Kaisen, and the upcoming Chainsaw Man anime.
Im so confused which Garo I'm I supposed to start with and yes I've already seen the original live action one I'm talking about the name because this isn't the 2014 Garo

@@StrawHatCloud4116 you can watch any of the garo anime in any order. I recommend the first one they made followed by vanishing. The garo anime they made in between those two that take place in feudal Japan kinda sucks

Garo was also directed by aot director, Yuichiro Hayashi! so yeah, the talent was there but the time wasn't.
Nobody realized yet that the entire anime was cgi, except very well saturated and shaded to look hand drawn.

I believe the fight is slowed down in universe. Similar to the "5 minute" long hour fights in other animes.
i dont think Vanishing Line is using the 99.9 sec Limit. And like they showed in Makai Senki, experienced Makai Knights are able to bypass the limit

I’ve been noticing that mappa uses a lot of cgi but it never really looks bad. I’m pretty confident that their gonna be one of the next big studios besides bones, ufotable, David productions etc

Tbh there is something ive wanted to clarify. Is there like countless of makai armour out there? Or is it like one colour each with diff rankings with gold the highest rank. Like does zero and zoro at the anime the same guy or is it diff. Its just so complicated all these to me. But overall its a pretty good movie. Ive watched goro since i was a child and ive really liked it. Just wanted to clarify a few things hehe
One makai armour per zone, and you should NEVER wear it for more than 100s
LSS there are a plenty of makai armors and wielders assigned on each teritorial duty (though alliance, backup reinforcement or just simply passing through may vary and can be negotiable). And yes they are different persons, in this version however IT CAN be replaced by a new name, wielder or both under one Makai Armor title (the hint lies in the weapon used) in this case since Zero doesn’t exisit in the anime neither is Rei Suzumura then Zoro using double weapon later replaced by Bolg (the one Garo is fighting right now) using a Glaive and later Luke his son in the future soon replaced his father w/ retractable sword are both Silver Knights of different generations.
