Well you left out the 'western nations' being the ones to call him a dictator and killing him, when ironically his 'book' worked wonders for Libya until the CIA paid people to start a coup... He was a threat to the west, not a dictator he even resigned as president to let the system take its course (thats how they killed him, after he resigned and could be attacked)
