Damn that homeless guy I called Santa at 5:08 is still there and I left SF in 2016 and he was there when I started living there in 2006. In the bay area you can't institutionalize them or the ACLU will sue. So they put them on a drug cocktail to mellow them out. I once saved two young Japanese girl from his attack. Man he's looking even rougher.
