Everyone was so enamored with the city mouse lifestyle, they forgot what made life as a country mouse special. Now the option's gone, and we're all forced to be city mice. Now everyone feels like they're missing something in life, yet no one remembers anymore. What made things like the great pumpkin so special, what made homemade pumpkin pie, the local farms, kicking through piles of multi colored leaves fallen on sidewalks, the smell of rain before and after it falls, the spooky old wooden house that you learned later in life was home to the nicest old lady in town, fried green tomatoes and chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, the STARS AT NIGHT, the girl next door and old creeks to skip rocks on. Lord Almighty I have to stop.
