Credit to AngeTheGreat. I've been on a journey to create the best audio properties seen in ES. The S65 was close, but not good enough. I have created some new properties and ended up with this. This engine is an even firing V6 with 120 degree crank pins and a 120 degree bank angle. Similar setup to the LFA, just a v6 :p Credit to AngeTheGreat

Flatplane crank, but it sounds like a crossplane, weird
it is because of the firing order, a typical ferrari v8 will have firing order 1-5-2-6-4-8-3-7, but the dfv has firing order 1-8-3-6-4-5-2-7, which gives it a little bit more burbly sound depending on the headers it has fitted.

That has to be a very unique sounding v16. It's got some nice harmonics and it stands out a lot from a typical v8 sound. Edit: Firing order goes unironically hard 🔥.

As a mechanical engineer myself, I was hating the V6 for a long time but this type of engine growing into me because in the end of the day "power is power." You can't fight the future as the hybrid or electric vehicles are more advanced than a decades earlier.
The majority of the reasons why many dislike the new V6 engines is that it sounds like a vacuum cleaner. Well that's what you get if it only revs up to 15k RPM, and it almost never reaches that, only topping at 13.5k most of the time. I believe that we can enjoy V6 engines of today if it only revved up to 18k RPM. You can find simulations in RUclips if the F1 V6T engines revved that high, it's basically the old V8 of 2011s and I find it as enjoyable.

I’ve been playing around with ES for an animated film I’m working on, and whilst I love using it, it would be nice to have the input parameters automate with the timeline in real time, and basically function as an alternative to the Krotos plugin, which is sample based as opposed to code based

Advantages of this V4 include a shorter, lighter crankshaft, which is the heaviest single component of most engines. With good design it can be a lighter and more compact engine.

The sound quality for your videos would be a lot better if you upload the video in a container format that allows for uncompressed PCM audio. It sounds like your audio has been compressed multiple times in succession.
