For those of us that are dealing with a hydrocele, all testimonials are important, too few are available. I can appreicate how difficult this was for your dad, but tell him thank you for doing it. I've been doing quite a bit of research (is how I came across this post) and I'm opting for a less invasive procedure called hydrocele asperation sclerotherapy first. I mention this in the case anyone else comes across this video. I wish your dad well.

Great video though and though.😊 I didn’t watch until the end I was so focused on on the fly mod, but I rewatch until the end, and if we are allowed to put guesses I’ll put it here.
