Came here to learn how to remove the cooling fan. Moving on.
How do u know how fuel pressure ur getting?
Way to go for I love the old cars.
I have same problem did you replace the ECM ? Did it fix it ?
Is it possible to upgrade swap that engine out for a bigger block muscle engine?. That car’s giving me Cobra Awesome 50 (1986) vibes 💪🏻🏎️
NICE
The 318 standard HD double roller timing chain will work on it to, no tensioner required then. Just put a timing chain on both my 3.9 and 5.2 a few years ago.
I just bought a 97 that doesn’t crank only clicks starter and alternator are brand new ??? Any suggestions one what to look for next as in parts
I’ve Been looking at a 84 but it’s the s10 style and when I look them up it shows the square body one so what the main difference is
Totally done w/ the splash rods , 1953. Some 52s w/powerglide had full pressure too. Best are 54-62 stick trans 235s. Solid lifters , full presure oiling. Love the fact yer building it back "stock"! Old chevs are good cars , and fun. The transmisions are the weak link. Best set up would be full preasure 235. 4 or (even better) 5 spd. manual trans. 55-57, or, nova etc, open drive rear. Drive anywhere then. For local driving, what you got is just fine. Love,,Dubs
Seems like it will be a long drive to Dubai?
I hate to see Chief go but I’m sure what the future hold is good. 👍😎✌️
Aww, I was hoping to bring my 59 9320 GMC to the show and park them side by side. Good luck with the changes.
I've been hoping for an update from you! I hope you start making videos again soon. All the best to all of you at SRS.
I am doing one and that O- ring will not seal. I had it get cut now finding another one. What’s the trick.
Where you guys been. Missed ya. And the truck too
turnbuckle is genius
My 56 needs all this done to it, wanders all over, wish you guys we're nearby, I'd hire you to do it, I'm kinda old.....
Standing it up will risk breaking the pump gears when it drops in. Lifting , taking the weight off the pilot allowed it to go in while rotating.
I’m seeing this 9 months after the repairs, but that Olds 98 is awesome! 324 4bbl 240 horse and a “Jetaway Hydramatic” which is a 4 speed. S for passing, Lo for steep grades. 98’s were loaded with options. Always nice cars back in the day!
Amazing looks very authentic very cool
Im watching you from South Dakota
Do a 30 degree X for your exhaust system and a muffler won't be necessary
When I was on leave from my tech school I found a 58 chevy with a Pontiac 389 and a Three speed on the floor and drove it to my duty station what a trip. I hugely miss that truck.
What are quad shock mainly for? Some have 2 in the from other have 1 each side???
I just bought a 302 to replace the 292 in my 1964 F250 Looking to fond a C6 for it or a manual swap
THAT CHOKE CABLE SHOULD GO STRAIGHT FROM CARB TO SIDE OF DOG HOUSE JUST BEHIND DRIVER SEAT NO BENDS IN CABLE BE BETTER INMY OPINION CHEERS
Amazon prime 144.80 Canadian
Worked for me!
make a nice fixer upper
Looks good. I’m here in 2024. How did it hold up? I did this years ago with Fonzies white wall paint. Yellowed in a week.
great looking truck. talked to you about my blue 59 GMC 9320 Wideside at your 2nd annual car show. mine has a rebuilt 283 with a S10 T5 transmission behind it. Alexander MB
I have seen them melt before. Man love the colondale 73-77!
Really beautiful looking car. Definitely needs some repair work. Wow.
I had a 77 Buick Regal. Orange type color, leather buckets, horse shoe floor shifter
350 Buick motor 400 turbo transmission
I had a 76 cutlass supreme S with a tiny 260 v 8 and a 5 speed that would break every 5000 miles. Love your efforts
Pretty unique. Looks beautiful.
The Generic drivetrain is the problem😂
The Chevrolet parts are rebelling against the dodge.
Well done boys!! Will you be in charge of refurbishing the whole interior and the rest of the cosmetic things? I'd like to watch it fully finished. Grat work you've done. Kudos!
Ruined it putting a junk motor and transmission in it.
I have been eyeballing that Coronet everytime I drive by 😂
No way I would let anyone work on that truck!! It would never leave my shop!! The dude must not know how to do anything.
Time to beat the inside of that tank with some chains.
Don't see many of them in that shape!
Very nice truck. Love it. You guys stay safe and keep the videos coming. 👍😎✌️
Wow, Love to see more of these here in Australia
Marvel oil, kroil are better !!!
