i just recently started using this model in our shop and it seems to frequently get stuck with the loading icon in the center of the screen for more than 10 minutes unless i close the hood and spin the wheel up a second time. other times the weight amount circles on the screen will show nothing, actually just blank circles after the wheel has finished spinning and then i have to close the hood and spin it a second time for it to maybe give me a weight recommendation. the last issue i seem to be experiencing is the 3D weight animation, when i have hammer on weights set to the inside of the rim and sticky weights set behind the spokes it will fist ask to install the hammer on weight which is fine however when i press the next icon to proceed to the sticky weight portion the tire will rotate to the correct position however the weight animation still remains on the hammer on weight, i would expect the animation to show sticky weight like it i see in the videos.. i have balanced roughly 10 sets of tires on this machine and the software seems very leggy and unfinished, almost like there are bugs in the system that never got worked out during the coding phase. i know the hunter road force elite we had at the old shop never seemed to give any trouble like this and it also let you match make tire/rim combinations which was amazing, how come coats doesn't offer anything like that? isn't this supposed to be their best balancer available? just wondered if you have any answers to these issues i am experiencing, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Can some one tell me how to calibrate this balancer ?? I move it from one shop to another and I assume it has to be recalibrated

Can you do vids on the older ones? Like the coats 1050? Like how to use each balancing procedure including Aluminum wheel stick on weights on inside

Do Not buy an APS3000. Bead blaster doesn't work, center clamp requires constant maintenance, and not enough power to turntable to remove stiff tires without much lube and manipulation.

Back in the day I would have changed 4 L - 78-15's in this amount of time on the Coats 2020 we had. Great machine. The bar was made out of material that was unbelievably strong, wouldn't crack and was corrosion resistant. The salad days.
