How'd the car react with that overhaul? I've been on the fence doing something similar with Energy Suspension urethane parts
It felt more plated if that makes any sense I was running 7.8 in 1/8mile to running 7.6 in the 1/8mile in quarter mile 11.7 to a 11.4
@@Coy.ote5 oh nice! If it helps traction that much in the straights then now I'm really wondering what it will do for me on the circuit! I just might go through with it then. Are there any stress points I should be aware of? (I've already blown out my p/s rear shock mount... Thanks Steeda lol)
A good thing to do is mark the nut and axle so that if the nut ever moves, you can tell.

Hey mate, have a question ive got a 16 GT ive got these, whiteline adjustable toe arms and superpro rear LCA bushings to go in mine These Ford Performance bushings Ford Performance state to put red locktite on the bushing and inside the knuckle i noticed you didnt do you think its necessary? I live in Australia trying to find info on these cars is ridiculously hard

Alright, my question is to get the control arm off is it almost the same process as installing springs? Do you drop the subframe some to relieve the spring pressure? The the control arm just straight unbolts?

Have you done anything to the rear lower control arms? My 2015’s lower control arm bushings are gone and haven’t found anything on that in YT. Wondering if I should replace with oem thru a shop or look into replacing the bushings myself with spherical. What area Tx you in?
I replaced my lower control arm bushing with bmr spherical bushing and ford performance toe bearing

It is very critical especially with a one piece driveshaft.
@@dbarr8261 I did not, I have complete deferential that order 373 gears I’ll do that check when I install new diff
Ok. BMR has a lot of parts that answer the problems with the rear suspension. I don't know what all you installed already.
I have a '21 premium with pp1. I will be adding a bunch of BMR and Steeda parts in stages.

@@kaipoANDERSON if your just replacing front balancer no if you going in there to replace I recommend you to set the timing before removing the timing belt!!!! But no if only thing your doing is replacing harmonic balancer

I’m currently doing this right now with my x3. Did you have to remove the lower coolant line as well, the one right below the one you replaced on the turbo. On my 2019 x3 the lower coolant line is sitting on top of the coolant return line (the one you replaced). I can’t seem to get it out of the turbo I’ve been pulling and wiggleing it but it’s stuc. I’m using PB blaster silicone lube. Any tips or trick to get that line out of the turbo? Thanks
@@RKSAINT no only advise is to pull wiggle and when installing the new line lube the o-ring makes it easier
@@Coy.ote5 got her done just now. Yeah I had to remove the heat shield but I pulled with one hand and wiggled with the other. Came out really easy. My car also only has 60k miles but all my coolant drained out which I didn’t realized because I was so excited I got the hose out.
@@RKSAINT just top off the coolant and bleed the coolant system
@@Coy.ote5 do I have to put it into bleed mode or can I just turn the car on and add coolant as it makes its way with the big coolant tank open? Some say I need to hook up on a charger and put it in bleed mode manually
@@RKSAINT just top it off let the car run turn the heat on and just watch temp hand after few minutes the electric water will cycle coolant back into the reservoir once vehicle is at operating temperature put cap on perform a drive cycle and monitor the temperature while drive
This happened I put led aftermarket lights one side worked for min then both went out , so it’s the ballast fornsure
@@DonteGregory sometimes it can be quality of the bulb, you have to make sure when installing them not to get any oily or any residue form touching the bulb you get on eBay and order the hid ballast some come with the hid bulbs

How did you intall the rubber end of line into block? I replaced o-rings on turbo side..then the rubber hose started leaking. Above the metal part of rear line. Couldnt even see where its routed...Everyone says turbo has to come out to access...coolant lines.
@@TheBaptistJimBeam I lube the o-rings little bit of oil makes it easier to install
It turbo have to come out, anytime you dealing any type o-rings apply some type lubricant it helps installation process smoother
What kit did you use to press then out?
I have snap on master bushing set but you can get something similar from autozone or orilleys Amazon they be a lot cheaper I use my daily in the shop
@@Coy.ote5 I rented a powerbuilt 23 pc ball joint set from advanced auto parts but not sure if this will work
@@rafalemus7218 it should work just have use right cups and insert to press out the bushing then vice versa to install if that make sense. Make sure you use DW-40 on the threads on the tool and a good impact

I had this same problem when I went FBO . Eventually I had the battery replaced along with spark plugs and injectors. I have an EVAP leak that I’m still trying to locate unfortunately.
I just upgraded to pmas Hpx-F2 map sensor and new revision from Lund and it’s running ok I’m take car to the track this Sunday
