(I think the elves are a dystopian society because I mean they're leaders put their own memories into caches because they were "too horrible" which is weird for a race that couldn't dream of doing those things (being sarcastic because obviously it had to have been done for the Elves to purposely forget it and of course the Neverseen don't have as many problems with violence) so this theory actual completes my theories
