Can you fit them on a carry one a cabin s?

I have five focus elastica and every spring I take them outside to sit under my awning of my backyard (west facing) and they thrive. In fact, this year alone, after putting them outside they shot up about six inches. I bring them in during late fall since we’ve had warm falls lately. And they go out as soon as temps stay above 55*F here. Haven’t had a single problem yet. 🤷‍♀️

I put mine outside for summer and now it’s turning brown. I moved it from very sunny to under my covered porch but wasn’t sure if it’s too hot here with over 100 degrees here this last week. This is my first experience with this lovely plant and u don’t know a lot about it’s needs 😩

What a beauty! I got one for my office, but I had no idea they got that big. I will probably bring it home tomorrow and get something different for the office.

I moved mine outside this spring and it was perky and tall, then I was out of town for a weekend and my husband had to move it because of workers and when I came home it had bent ninety degrees and looks so sad. I can’t figure out why, so I can’t figure out how to fix it. Maybe too much light, maybe too much water (we had both huge storms and a few hot days.) Maybe just mechanical injury from being carried? I guess I’ll repot and stake it and hope for the best.

Anyone know if they emit airborne toxins? Or is it only dangerous if you physically ingest sap/leaves/stem ?

So I bought this plant three years ago from a Luxe plant store and I paid $65 for it more than I’ve ever paid for any plant. I did not do no research. I had it in my retail store by the front door now all of my leaves are between seven and 10 inches and they all have split very well, but I have noticed that it loves a lot of sun and when I would forget to water or water too much would go like a foot on the tail before another leaf would grow now that I have moved it to my back porch at home. It has sprouted like no other. It probably has 10 legs, but I did not know until your video that it’s supposed to grow up. but it is my favorite plant and I would like to get more or propagate it if I can figure out how I’m just very scared to cut off a leg and then not grow

I don’t know if you have a video of this already, but I bought one of these three years ago and I did not do any research until now. I would like to do like this propagate it. I guess that’s what you call it where I could make multiple plants from one, but, I’m scared to cut it. Do you have a video of you cutting it to make babies

Hi there, Can you cut roots on the bottom? Maybe 1/4 inch from thr bottom?

There are several places where the part I wanted to see is edited out, e.g., I wanted to see the part where you actually place the plant in to the new pot and how you get it to the right level and so on.

Cut it back and propagate before it breaks off. It will make the plant fuller.

My desert Rose leaves keeps turning brown and falling off not blooming at all what am I doing wrong I keep watering it every 8 days.

What do I do with leaves that are not flowering? Do I put the bulbs into dormancy with the leaves still part of the flower bulb?

Oof, once you saw that root ball I think you should’ve reconsidered and put it back in the same pot with a chunkier mix. I’m thinking of reporting mine since it’s getting thirstier a lot faster. So I’ll take a peek at the root system it might just need an inch bigger. I’ll see if you have an update on this plant since this was 2 years ago. Love watching your videos.

I didn’t know the charcoal at the bottom would help absorb excess moisture. That is a great tip because I was using coconut husk or Leka in the bottom and I was putting charcoal through the mix.

Thank you for helping with this plant, however as healthy critique, if you follow back & listen, you repeat things that aren’t even about the actual plant. I.E. “ it’s a beautiful plant, it’s a beautiful houseplant”. Cordial is very nice, however getting to the points are not as time consuming. I stopped video before half way. Please take as not being unkind, but to be helpful. 🪴

Just wanted to stop and say thank you for this video, my grandmother recently gave me hers because she’s not doing well and I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong turns out not enough light. And thanks to everyone in the comments for all the helpful tips, I didn’t know this tree was tropical and needed humidity. I learned a lot about my little tree here.

My Frizzle Sizzle has been dormant for like EVER. It now has two frons that are about 2 feet with the curls on the ends. I'm going to try to transplant it into better soil, one that you spoke of, and see how she does. Thanks for the info.

I have a Norfolk in a pot. Its about 7 years old. It froze in texas last year. Its still planted with white algae or something. The inside are normal in some parts. Do you think its dead? It has no branches except for some brown foilage.

I've had my norfolk pine for nearly 10 years. His name is Stewart and he is our yearly Christmas tree now that he is nearly 5ft tall (from the small coffee can he started in) but he started browning at the tips. Thank you for posting so I can give him adequate care for years to come!

Hey mine was in a pot after the flower died and I had to repot it bc the root were just soooo grown. Is mine gonna be growing root excessively?
