Param ji, club membership would be included. Of course, Trehan buys plots in numbers from other developers and they build luxury floors. Baaki builders hain around, but unka Trehan ke plots ya area se koi lena dena nahi hai.... There are some developers who purchase plots and build floors. Same is in Central park flower valley too where I stay; though less but there are such things. It's upto the builder to cater to such things and build a good community which Trehan is known for. Honestly, we have cleared all these queries when people visit us.

However, this project of Titanium is one of the best they've promised to deliver. Jo bhi amenities batayi gayi hain is segment mei, vo class hain. If they do what they promise to deliver in 3+ yrs, considering the location at SPR, this would be a hit for sure
