Did you find out? I am here because on my Lexus the mechanism strangely stopped working and I have been quoted £2400 to repair! That's around $3,100.... The quote was from Lexus so I am just checking if that seems right.

LOL! I wish my nx300 did not have a power tailgate. The actuators do fail eventually and the replacements are very costly.
After market product is also very stable and cheaper than OEM

2017 Lexus NX200T f sport. All I know it happened while my 2 kids were swapping phones on the charger. I read somewhere that is a software issue with a corrupt file. I have to wait a year so I can start working on a fix The radio is on a rebooting loop
Are you having a problem with the system?
No. That installation is for swapping screen to android system. I guess you have the factory headunit issue.

Ohhh He's *installing* the entire kit, not just replacing the power actuator. I was so confused at first.
Nice video. Why did you remove the radio. What upgrades are you doing? I have the same car as well I definitely know I want to add a subwoofer in the trunk.
What I did is for installing the video in motion kit. Avalon has miracast function. But It will be blocked while driving. So I jjst wanted to let them free.
