you didn't clean the rotors ,did not grease the pins, did not clean the hub.

Thank you for recording your replacement. I installed a replacement CRZ shifter after watching your video. It made mine a walk in the park, took 5 minutes. One thing that wasn't in the video was that my shifter had a small molded piece covering the upper screw, removing it was actually the hardest part of this replacement lol. Just for others that might stumble upon this, that plastic piece can be removed by shimmying a small flathead into either side and wedging it out.
