Is Striding Edge Dangerous?
Striding Edge is a grade one scrabble up Helvellyn. Will you Die!!??
Lots of people wonder if it's dangerous? Is it scary? Is it difficult?
Well the answer is very personal. Yes there is some exposure, but its relatively tame in my opinion. In the right conditions of course!
Yes, there is some reasonable scrambling, but for those with any scrambling experience, it's still relatively easy. But again, this is my opinion!
Watch the video and see the footage of the actual ridgeline, see the drops and exposure and make your own mind up!

Walking in the Peak District wouldn't be the same without stopping to cook a proper Mexican lunch! I also ran into a Sheep in distress, who was wearing a gate as a necklass. Luckily I was able to rescue the poor thing! Other than that, just a beautiful day in the Peaks! Sun, peace and stunning views of Mam Tor and Winnats Pass!
