Teaching how to deliver the Palm Strike safely and effectively.
This is why i would train a real martial art also speed equals power so not sure how you were trying to explain that very messy
Speed doesn’t always equal power. If you’ve ever fought a guy who does Point Karate, you would know that speed doesn’t always equal real power. Stopping power in your strikes is essential. Nothing messy about explaining that.

teaching people to lean into punches to get an advantage is fine if they are comfortable in a fight situation, taking someone who just wants some self defense tricks and telling them to do this could genuinely get someone seriously injured or killed.
You’re right…almost. We don’t attract students who want “some self-defense” tricks. We attract students who train hard and want to be the most effective protectors they can be. So, therefore, this move is applicable to those we train. For those who aren’t serious, our training and these methods aren’t for them.
