And the reasons why are very messy. The post-movie era was a very messy era for SpongeBob, and during a marathon of SpongeBob run by Nick themselves, a disgruntled employee told us why via broadcast intrusion.

Honestly IDK what the deal with this one is. Is it a test? A scrapped episode? A joke? Honestly, if I knew, I'd tell you. One things for certain. Seeing SpongeBob and Patrick without faces for a prolonged period of time is something eerie.
